Earl Grey Tea Infused (Overnight)Charlie Classic Vodka

20ml

Honey Syrup (Water And Honey Over Medium Heat For A Minute)

30ml

Grapefruit Juice (Red Or Pink)

Few

Ice Cubes

Top With Seltzer

METHOD

Take the overnight infused tea and add grapefruit juice

Add the Honey Syrup (a mix of water and honey heated for a minute)

Stir well and Top it with a dash of Seltzer

Garnish with Grapefruit Zest Peel
